Proofing Policy

We want your custom products to turn out exactly how you imagined them.
That’s why we send a proof for approval before we print anything. Here’s how the process works:

After we receive your artwork or customization details, our design team will prepare a digital proof that shows how your logo, message, or artwork will appear on the product.

This proof will include:
- Layout and positioning
- Color representation
- Sizing relative to the product
- Any requested edits or notes

We’ll email your proof for review and approval. Please:
- Check all spelling and details
- Review colors, size, and layout
- Let us know if you need changes

Once you’ve approved the proof, we’ll move forward with printing. We won’t begin production until you give us the go-ahead.

Most proofs are sent within 24–48 hours of receiving your order and artwork. If you need a faster turnaround, just let us know — we’ll do our best to prioritize your order.

If the proof doesn’t look quite right, no problem. You can request changes, and we’ll send you an updated version. We include up to two rounds of revisions at no additional charge.

Once you approve the final proof, the order is considered locked. Any changes after this point may not be possible, especially if production has already started.
