- Overnight Shipping (for rush orders, available on request)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method. For bulk or recurring orders, contact us at support@hotelsoap.com — we’re happy to work out custom shipping solutions.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. When available, the terms will be clearly listed on our homepage or in your cart.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, you’re protected under our Return & Replacement Policy. Just email support@hotelsoap.com and we’ll take care of it—no need to contact the carrier directly.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you’re interested in placing an international order, please contact us and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate it.
